15-Minute Veggie Stir-Fry

  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, pepper, carrot, snap peas)
  • 2 cloves garlic + 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
  • Sesame seeds & spring onion

Method

  1. Whisk soy, maple, sesame oil and cornstarch slurry into a sauce.
  2. Heat a wok until smoking. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  3. Add vegetables and toss over high heat for 4โ€“5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the sauce and toss until glossy and thickened.
  5. Finish with sesame seeds and spring onion. Serve with rice.
