Berry Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Method

  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia and maple in a jar.
  2. Stir well, then top with half the berries.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  4. In the morning, top with remaining fresh berries and enjoy cold.
